Let us take the stress from your spa party. Please complete the following information for you and your guests. We will contact you with the final verifications on your party.

You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverage. There will be a clean up fee depending on the size of the party. If you would like us to cater your party our group sales department will be happy to assist you. Some of our spa prices will be discounted from the menu, tax and gratuity are automatically added on to the service charge. If you need further assistance feel free to call 440-356-0061.

Comments

• Whoever books two or more people is responsible for any balance due of their guests.

• Spa party cancellations must be 48 hours prior to service. The full service will be charged for late cancellations or failure to show on the day of service.

• We require a deposit in order to hold the services. For cancellations prior to 48 hr we will refund the full amount of the deposit. Individual payment arrangements can be made with the sales      department

• Please have your guests arrive 20 minutes prior to the service.

• Regarding late arrivals, we are unable to guarantee
full service time due to following appointments,
but we will do our best to accommodate your guests.
