• Notice of cancellation for single service must be received the 24 hours prior to service, multiple services 72 hour prior to     service. Failure to cancel will result a service charge of 55% to full scheduled services.

• Let us know if you will be late as we are unable to change the next persons     appointment. We can not grantee you will receive full service time on late arrivals     however we will try our best to accommodate our guest we want you to get your full     service.
